Steps

Brown ground beef in a large pot, drain fat

Sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until soft

Add chipotle pepper and chili powder, cook 1 minute

Pour in both tomato products and stir well

Bring to a simmer and cook 35 minutes

Add kidney beans and cook 15 more minutes
7
Season with salt, pepper, and serve with preferred toppings
