Steps

Sauté onion and garlic in a large pot until soft

Add chipotle, chili powder, cumin, and coriander and cook 1 minute

Pour in tomatoes and tomato sauce, stir and bring to a simmer

Drain and rinse all four cans of beans and add to pot

Simmer 25 minutes, stirring occasionally
6
Use a potato masher to crush a portion of beans for thickness
7
Season with salt and serve with cornbread or chips
