Steps

Brown ground beef in a large Dutch oven, drain fat

Sauté onion and garlic, add chipotles

Stir in chili powder, cumin, cinnamon, and cocoa powder

Pour in beer and stir up the bottom of the pan

Add fire-roasted tomatoes and simmer 45 minutes

Add black beans and dark chocolate, stir until chocolate melts
7
Simmer 15 more minutes and serve with avocado and scallion
