Ingredients
1.5 lbs wild salmon fillet, cubedAmazon ↗
2 cans white beansAmazon ↗
28 oz crushed tomatoesAmazon ↗
1 large onionAmazon ↗
4 garlic clovesAmazon ↗
1 tbsp fresh dill, choppedAmazon ↗
1 tsp cuminAmazon ↗
1/2 tsp smoked paprikaAmazon ↗
Juice of 1 lemonAmazon ↗

Steps

Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until soft

Add cumin and smoked paprika, cook 1 minute

Pour in crushed tomatoes and simmer 15 minutes

Add white beans and simmer 5 more minutes

Season salmon cubes with salt and white pepper

Add salmon to chili and simmer gently 8 minutes until just cooked

Stir in dill and lemon juice, serve immediately
