Steps

Brown ground pork in a large pot until cooked through

Add onion and garlic, cook 5 minutes until soft

Stir in pumpkin pie spice and chili powder, toast 1 minute

Add butternut squash, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth

Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes until squash is tender

Add black beans and simmer 10 more minutes

Serve topped with pepitas and a dollop of sour cream
