Add raw ground beef to a pot with beef broth and break apart very finely with a spoon

Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes, breaking up any clumps

Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, and cayenne

Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes until thick but pourable

Season with salt and pepper
