Steps

Brown ground beef in a large pot, drain fat

Sauté onion and garlic until softened

Add chipotle peppers, chili powder, cumin, paprika, and oregano

Pour in stout beer and stir up all the browned bits

Let beer reduce by half, about 5 minutes

Add crushed tomatoes, bring to a boil then simmer 45 minutes

Add both cans of beans and simmer 20 more minutes until thick
