Steps

Fry sage leaves in olive oil until crispy, set aside on paper towel

Brown ground pork in same pot, drain fat

Add onion and garlic, cook until soft

Stir in chili powder and cumin

Add squash cubes, crushed tomatoes, and 1 cup water

Simmer 40 minutes until squash is tender

Add cannellini beans, simmer 10 more minutes, garnish with fried sage leaves
