Ingredients
2 lbs ground pork
2 cups delicata or acorn squash, cubed
8 fresh sage leaves
28 oz crushed tomatoes
1 can cannellini beans
1 onion, diced
4 garlic cloves
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper
Steps

Fry sage leaves in olive oil until crispy, set aside on paper towel2
Brown ground pork in same pot, drain fat3
Add onion and garlic, cook until soft4
Stir in chili powder and cumin5
Add squash cubes, crushed tomatoes, and 1 cup water6
Simmer 40 minutes until squash is tender7
