Ingredients
3 lbs coarse-ground beef chuckAmazon β†—

Steps

Brown beef in oil in a large pot, drain excess fat

Add garlic and cook 2 minutes

Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer

Cook uncovered 45 minutes, adding water to keep moist
